1. Processing Time
Orders are shipped after payment. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your package is on its way. Worldwide shipping!

2. Shipping Methods & Costs
Via PostNL/DHL/other.
Pickup (free): Possible by appointment in Hasselt.

3. Average Delivery Time
BE: 1–3 business days after shipment.
Europe: 3–7 business days.
Worldwide: 7–14 business days.

4. Track & Trace
All packages are shipped with a Track & Trace code, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Loss or Damage During Shipping
We are not liable for loss or damage during shipping. Please contact the carrier if there are issues with your package.

6. Return Policy
Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt.
Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless otherwise agreed.
Personalized items cannot be returned.
